What does the role entail?
We are now looking for someone who is ready to take their first or next step in their career in Revenue Management. The role is excellent for those who want to kickstart their career right after their university studies or have a couple of years of previous experience. You will have the opportunity to grow into Revenue Management and commercial analysis while contributing to our company's continued profitable growth. You will be a central part of our commercial team and help optimize revenue and create better decisions through data.
Your primary responsibility will be to execute and follow up on our Revenue Management strategy with support from the Head of Revenue Management & Analytics. You will also work with other commercial analysis and help our organization work more data-driven. You will work closely with our Regional Managers and Destination Managers to ensure that our pricing strategies, forecasts, and analyses are correctly executed and continuously developed. You will be part of the commercial team and report to the Head of Revenue Management & Analytics. The role is based at Karlaplan in Stockholm.You will:
- Continuously monitor booking and revenue patterns at our various destinations and optimize commercial success using Revenue Management.
- Continuously work in our pricing system to ensure we are always correctly priced to achieve our goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues in both operational and commercial functions to translate data into concrete recommendations.
- Work with data collection, data quality, and improving our analytical models.
- Support the organization with ad hoc analyses and insights that drive the business forward.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a university degree in economics, statistics, or another relevant field.
- Is comfortable working with large datasets and preferably has experience with BI tools such as Qlik or Power BI, as well as excellent skills in Excel.
- Has a good understanding of finance, key figures, and how these affect the business's results.
- Thrives in a role where you combine detailed analysis with close collaboration with different parts of the organization.
- Is structured, curious, and driven. To succeed in the role, you need to be very meticulous but also have the ability to prioritize correctly.
- Communicates clearly in both Swedish and English and can explain complex data in a simple and understandable way to others.
It is a plus if you:
- Have experience in analysis, Revenue Management, controlling, or a similar role.
- Have experience from the hospitality industry, retail, travel, or similar sectors.
- Have worked with pricing or capacity management.

ConditionsThe position is a permanent full-time employment and is covered by a collective agreement with an initial probationary period. Salary and conditions according to agreement.
